Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original presentation box with all documentation, warranty cards, and certificates, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Ship the Item
Send your return via a trackable and insured shipping carrier to protect against loss or damage during transit, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches our facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, our master watchmakers will inspect the item for quality assurance, after which your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
